As per my knowledge I have seen many aspirants who pass their written exam but can not qualify in interview .what are the reasons behind it ? anyone know please let us know..

Excellent work for aspiring CSS hopeful. Deserve and Desire in all areas, communication, manners, interaction, clarity, confidence determination, integrity, resourcefulness, bold, suitably attired, brisk, brief and to the point but on top honesty...all are necessary for a future officer.

During answer focus on all panel ,First understand question and then give answer in calm manner. If we have not knowledge regarding the question which was asking by them simply say sorry besides giving a wrong answer.

As far as the interview is concerned, both the panel and the interviewee were full of knowledge and relevance at par excellence. Besides, the questions asked were perfectly selected so as to inquire whether or not the candidate was well-prepared to welcome and respond to such a diverse areas. This makes me happy that those qualifying the written part of CSS are genuinely well-read and well-positioned to address a question is manner rightful of them.
