How could I improve my English?

I'm very weak in reading writing , and speaking skill please guide me how to improve it?

To be honest, I don't know, how good I am in English, but I can say my writing style is changed and it is better than before. Honestly my English language was so bad, like I was weak in tenses, vocabulary and even grammatical mistakes. Also my sentence building wasn't really good.

yes, luckily when I was in my 9th Grade, new teacher came in our school and she taught us English language. She always told me to read books, read new novels etc. I started to read books. you might have heard a lot that reading books improve your language but you never actually tried it if you aren't into novels and etc. . But this thing works. It's true! It totally works.
