He underscored that such actions are punishable by law according to both the Constitution and the penal code of Russia.
Putin reiterated Russia's commitment to respecting the beliefs of Muslims, stating that the country will not tolerate any actions that could offend the sentiments of Muslims or contravene Islamic principles.
